I recently worked with Brad Oman at Lutgen Companies to provide an estimate for a roof replacement on our home. Brad came to inspect our roof and listened intently as I described a leak issue with a valley that occurred after a previous roof replacement. He informed my wife and me that Lutgen focuses on providing quality work, and more importantly, that they stand behind their work with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Additionally Brad explained that Lutgen is a certified GAF Master Elite roofing contractor and in order to achieve and retain that certification their installers must go through GAF initial and refresher training that focuses on following consistent, professional standards in roof installations. Brad delivered a clear and detailed proposal for the work to be completed and responded promptly to my questions. It was a pleasure working with Brad.
