Lutgen Companies started in 1980 as Lutgen Siding Company. John Lutgen had already been working in the remodeling field for over a decade when he decided it was time to start planning for the future. John worked day and night to line up estimates, close sales, and complete work with quality and integrity.

Over the next ten years John spent every moment of free time thinking of ways he could make his business grow. He knew that as long as he continued to maintain the highest quality of work and continued to stand behind every job that eventually his reputation alone would be enough to generate business. But to John that wasn't enough. He began advertising and attending all the home shows in the Central Minnesota area. He spent countless hours meeting with homeowners and doing his best to meet their every need.

Now over 25 years later Lutgen Siding Company has grown to house four subdivisions; Lutgen Roofing, Leafless Protection, Windows and Doors, and Full Service Remodelers. Because it would be difficult and expensive to advertise all of our services we have incorporated them all under one name: Lutgen Companies.
