"Lutgen Co. was TERRRIFIC. I initially contacted them about a leaking skylight. Troy came out for an inspection, and rather than the hard sell he gave me options and estimates for everything from skylight replacement to full roof replacement, based on the age of my roof. It was more than 20 years old. I decided in the end to go with a full roof replacement and upgrade my shingles to a Class 4 for an insurance discount. Troy was fast to get my questions answered and get me scheduled. Within a week Seth and his crew came to my house and did a whole roof tearoff and replacement, including an upgraded new skylight. The roofing team was done from start to finish in one day, including the installation of my new skylight. I even got new roof vents, etc. with the install. It looks great, the crew was great, they did a very thorough cleanup of my yard after the project and the refuse bin was gone within a day of the project being completed. Can't say enough good things about the crew and Lutgen. Thank you!!!"
