Window Installer Crew Lead Essential Functions & Duties

Remove old windows and install window replacements in residential homes

Responsible for reviewing all work orders before arriving to the jobsite and problem solve any questions/concerns with manager using a pre-determined checklist to ensure that all areas are covered.

Directly supervises window installer crew.

At least 2 years of exterior construction experience required.

General carpentry and finish carpentry experience required.

Window Installer Crew Lead Knowledge and Skills

Ability to work at heights on ladders, planks, roofs, etc.
